MJ CPA, LLC was established as a Florida CPA firm to provide a comprehensive range of accounting, tax, business development and planning services to meet the needs of our clients in Central Florida.
Recognizing that each client has unique goals, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. We provide accounting and tax, business development and business advisor services to small to mid-size companies and individuals. To better meet the needs of our clients, we have individualized services for clients in industries like healthcare accounting, real estate accounting, medical device manufacturing, and other service related industries. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs and standard tax practices.
We approach each client relationship as if we were business partners in their business. We take the time to know and understand the business and individual financial needs so that we may deliver personalized service that is deserved and expected. With our hands-on approach to client service and our creativity and experience, we are able to advise clients of recommendations to current changes and the concerns that might arise before they become problems. That is why we stay involved with our clients and their businesses throughout the year.
Marian Jacklich, M.S.A., C.P.A.
 Marian is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in the states of Florida (since 2007) and California (since 2002). She has worked with multiple clients in both private and public accounting since receiving her Masters of Science in Accountancy from San Jose State University, California in 1994, where she served her internship with KPMG. She added post graduate studies at the University of Central Florida (UCF), as well as ongoing Continuing Education studies through the Florida Institute of CPAs. Her undergraduate studies were conducted at the University of Texas at El Paso where she earned her bachelor's in 1979.
In 2003 and 2004, she worked with consultant attorneys and Dr. John Jacklich to relocate the family dental device manufacturing business, Special Products, Inc. from California to Kissimmee, Florida, and continued with the family business until the end of 2007. She maintains an ongoing outside consultant relationship with Dr. Jacklich.
She has served business clients ranging from sole proprietors to medium sized privately-owned companies. Industries served include health care practitioner accounting, real estate accounting, medical device, manufacturing and distribution accounting, and several more. Marian has extensive experience in tax planning, tax projections and the preparation of individual and business tax returns. She also has in-depth knowledge of review and compilation engagements, operational and internal control reviews, computer accounting system conversions and integration, budget and projection analysis and preparation, and is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor® program member.
She is a published writer to the Osceola News Gazette: Letters to the Editor "Not the End of the World", Jan. 31, 2008.
Marian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). She presently serves on the FICPA Healthcare Industry Steering Committe and has served on the Business Technology Conference Planning Committee. She has been an associate trade member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors, and is an active member of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, as well as other local organizations dedicated to community.
